WHO DO WE WORK WITH?
 
Eligibility Criteria
Apna Ghar will accept referrals for any applicant who meets the following criteria:
 
  General Terms
» Is an adult (18 years plus)
» Is resident in the Borough that funds the service
» Can benefit from the service on offer and is willing to use it
» And, except in extremely rare circumstances,
  Is not already in receipt of other Supporting People funded services
 
Borough Specific Terms - for Floating Support Services
 
  IN BRENT
» Is disabled (physical or sensory disability) OR
» is over 55 (or over 50 if s/he also falls into another vulnerable client group) OR
» has a learning disability OR
» has HIV / AIDS
 
  IN EALING
» Is disabled (physical or sensory disability) OR
» is over 55
 
  IN HACKNEY
» Is disabled (physical or sensory disability)
 
  IN HARINGEY
» Is disabled (physical or sensory disability)
