ABOUT OUR SUPPORT SERVICES

Apna Ghar Housing Association manages housing and provides support to vulnerable people who need help to maximize or maintain their capacity to live independently in their own homes. The support services we provide are either floating support or accommodation-based services.

Floating support services are provided to people living in rented accommodation (council, housing association or private) as well as home owners.

Accommodation-based services are provided only to Haringey tenants living in properties that are managed by us.

Support is provided as face to face contact delivered within the service user’s home by office-based support workers who are available during office hours.
