Repairs Criteria
Emergency Repair – are repairs to be carried out within 24hours. It is a repair which is likely to be a danger to health or life, or could immediately affect the safety of the building. E.g. Gas, Security and safety
Urgent Repairs – are repairs to be carried out within 5 working days, subject to reasonable access arrangements
Routine Repairs – are repairs to be carried out within 28 working days, e.g. plumbing, carpentry and general |
