HOW CAN YOU REFER TO US?
 
Referral agencies can refer to the service by completing an application form.

Self –referrals will be accepted by telephone, email, in writing, in person, or by completing an application form. We can provide assistance to any prospective service user with completing the application form.

For accommodation-based support services, referral agencies will be asked to complete an application form in addition to existing housing nomination protocols.

For Local Authorities where centralised referral systems are in operation (such as in Brent and Ealing), individuals and agencies will need to be referred through these routes and we will accept referral forms used by these schemes.

We welcome all comments and suggestions from applicants, service users and referral agencies about our referral process and our support services.
